Re: Who want's to lose 10-15lbs by christmas??
Finally - the scales yield... 1 pound down, and I'll save the happy dance for if it's still there on Monday. I'll be basically living at Mom's, in her kitchen mostly, from this evening at least through tomorrow night... and it's going to be a challenge. She's gor a broken rib, so I'm taking over meal prep, but she will insist on all the traditional dishes, and anything else will have to come from my own kitchen. Hopefully, I can keep myself satiated well enough today and tomorrow morning with extra fat to resist temptation and stayin ketosis for the duration. But the stuffing HAS to be taste-tested...

...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
It can be annoyingly slow though. I've gone back to my old scale addict ways. I just can't help myself. It's pathetic!
good luck with it all!

. Today is my monthly weigh in so gonna have to chart my gain. Sitting here with my bottle of water, I think water is all I will have today to drink rather than my coffee and tea as usual. How'd you all fare?
