Stacy - thanks for the cups tip. Particularly useful for salad. I love badminton too, I try to play once a week but haven't for a month or so and I've lost a fair bit of weight since then and I didn't suck half so badly as usual - but my boyfriend won three times - I get him one day...
Today I ate:
B: two eggs, 1 slice bacon, two pieces grilled hallumi cheese (gorgeous) with tomato
L: tuna and two cups salad, cheese
D: Chicken, cheese, green beans (again, yawn)
S: Oops, had sugar free chocolate - not good! It's my weekend mentality. If I do this again before December 14th please yell at me!

...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..." 
I like that idea! Lol
