      I'd really love to get in on this too, but my weigh in days are gonna have to be Thursdays, if that's alright. (I use an uber awesome scale at work, and I'm often off on Tuesdays). I'd love to be 190 by the end of February. Let me know if I can join!

            Piasabird, just a quick question. You said 10 pounds per month. We are halfway through December so would you like 20, 25 or 30 pounds for your goal? Just want to get your information in correctly.

              heard about this from Cleo on the Century Club board - just starting back today but would love to get into a chorter goal challenge to get motivated - ant that would land me right near the beginning of the Irish season which would be a nice minigoal time!

              I will shoot for 50 as a goal since some of the early stuff will drop fast! Hopefully make me work hard to try and go for it! Thanks again for the invite Cleo and good luck to everyone!

                I want to join, too! I started on Dec 1, so this is perfect for me. I'll shoot for 2 pounds a week. So, I'll set a goal of 211.

                    And I'm soooooooooooo excited to see my boot camp buddies, Isabeau and da Walnut!!!!! How have yall been?

                    Welcome, welcome, EVERYBODY! This is gonna be GREAT! I don't care when we weigh either, Thursday would be just as good as Tuesday... Maybe if we weigh on Thrusday's we would be more apt to keep the number fresh in our memory (good or bad) to help us through the weekend.

                    I'm so happy to see lots of folks involved in this challenge! We are gonna kick-butt!

                        Would like to join this challenge also, if not too late ( pls pls pls). I am currently at 155 (seems like for the past 3 months grrrrrr) would like to be 130 by end of February for my cruise in march. If not too late please add my name.

                          Weigh in

                          Hi it's Tuesday morning, so I am just posting that I am still at 155, no weight loss yet because it's only been two days. Next Tuesday I hope to be down around 150. Going to do induction again for awhile and I've been trying to run 2 miles every day. I hope this helps because I can't seem to get out of the 150s!!! Any tips from anyone? Have a good day everyone! :yes

                            Hi guys!

                            I had a horrible start to this week, but am going to end it with a BANG!

                            I am focusing on inches to lose, since I have just 10 lbs til my goal.
                            My Goals are to lose:

                            thighs: 1.5 in each
                            Tummy: 2.5 inches

                            And go from 141 to 134lbs.

                            I have a vacation in Feb. plus my 30th b'day that I won't be this size for!! :anger I JUST CAN'T BE!!! :nono

                            Thanks for the motivation, and I can't wait to see how everyone else does too. We can do this!! :yes

                                I won't weigh in until next week, so I can see a loss :wave Always try to stay positive! (something about only son's b-day party last night, but that is another story).
                                Savannah: Should as you get into the challenge and the goal is either too low or too high, you can always change it. It can be really hard to gauge weight loss in the very beggining. I know I lost a lot really fast and now have slowed. But it encourages me to get out there and exercise more. :icondance Also be sure to take your measurements! You will be shocked at how many of those fall off! My legs look like they belong to someone else. :yikes BTW I know Cleochatra has lost tons in a short time and I personally have lost 55 pounds since August so I know it can be done!
