    I wasn't sure where to put this post, since there is a second one going, so I will just stick it here.....

    OK, I got a bit impatient! lol I wasn't going to weigh again until the 24th, but I got curious, since I've dropped another 2 pant sizes in the last couple of weeks!

    I am now down to 206 with 4lbs lost! Yoo Hoo! I'm almost at my first mini-goal! :icondance

              belivia-- most recently, West Allis, but my dad lived near Grant's Park. Beautiful! I was born in Milwaukee, but lived around the 'burbs a bit, too, but have a load of relatives in Wisconsin. I miss 'em!

                    :wave Hi How everyone doing today. I went to the gym and work out for an hour and i burn 600cal. Is my menu ok I am new to this


                    Breakfest: 1 egg 3slice bacon
                    Lunch: 30z ham greens 1/2 cup
                    Snank: cheese stick 1oz
                    Dinner 1 cup lettuce 1oz ham 1tbs of ranch dressing.

                      Belivia.... Your menu looks great, but you do need to squeeze in all 3 cups of veggies. They're a great form of fiber and they help keep you regulated. Other than that, everything else looks just fine.

                            Joined the challenge and then never showed!!

                            Ok - I joined way back when this February challenge began and then promptly put the checking in part out of my mind!! Thanks for the prompting to post ETD :wave . I know I'm weighing in a day early but if I don't do it today then I probably would once again forget...


                            SW 234 CW 225 GW 214 11 pounds to goal!!

                            So I've lost 9 pounds since I started the February challenge. 11 more to go - I might just make it :joy
