Hi everyone first of all I wanted to say GREAT JOB!!!!!! to all and keep up the good work. I have been on vacation and I had a Blast. I want to report that I have lost 15 pounds and going strong. I have been walking 4 miles a day and i feel great. I walk 2 in the morning and 2 after dinner well got to go and get started on reading all of the post that I miss have a good day everyone!!!!!!

Weigh day this morning... 1 pound gone from the past week, for a total of 4 pounds since the start of the challenge. I was hoping for a 2 pound loss this week so I could catch up (I wanted to average 1 a week), but I will take what I can get! Maybe next week I will catch up.

Great job, everyone, on the pounds and inches lost.

Thank you again, Emma, for keeping us organized while Julie has been away. We really appreciate it.
