Way to go EVERYBODY, this is a great week for weight loss, hopefully next week will be ever better.

Way to go Liz on the smaller pant size.

Ok, I went shopping yesterday at Walmart of all places (intention was for school suppplies until a sale area in clothes caught my eye)....I had planned on other stores, but Walmart had these tops on sale for 3 and 3.50, then they had these awesome jeans for 4.50. I got into a medium shirt and into a size 10 pants OMG, i thought i was going to pass out. So i got some jeans, black pants, and 4 shirts for 21.50. They are all actually pretty nice, and I don't feel like i'm dressing too young. I was happy with that, so I did not continue to the other stores. My bank is not broken. I will try to take pics later after church if i have time.. Walmart fashion show....

Buffy, I hope you'll do the same.

Hi everybody.............long long long week I struggled alot, that happens when you're way too busy! I dropped to 200.8 on thursday but went back up to 202, which is the official number of the week, I didn't change my eatting I just ate an extra meal, cause my days averagred 19 hours awake. So I guess my loss was 1.2 pounds this week, next week doesn't look any better

Looseshoes, good job on the weight loss. 3 lbs is awesome! I found that when I switched over to OWL, my weight loss actually picked up steam a little as well and was definately more consistent. Enjoy climbing the rungs!

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone notices a change in their skin during this WOE. I noticed this morning for the first time in many many years that my skin was glowing. I didn't have that white chalky look, and drained looks. The darks under my eyes are gone and I actually glow. That's so awesome, I always wanted that healthy look. I wonder if it's from the large amount of water I'm drinking and all the veggies and olive oil and vitamins? heck, i'd stay with this WOE just for the healthly looking skin. Oh yah, and I forgot to mention that my ashy legs, are no longer ashy, no need for lotion 3 x a day, like i used to do.

Blazing... awesome on those small sizes! And GREAT deals! Yes, my skin is SO much better on this WOE. I think it's the lack of crap AND all the water. My skin hasn't been this good since I was a pre-teen.

Self... sorry to hear you had a rough week -- and that you don't anticipate it getting any better this week. As long as you stay on plan, you'll be okay. If you're hungry, it's okay to eat that extra meal. Just try not to eat it because you're bored or "it's time." Hang in there!

Don... OWL accelerated my weight loss, too.... more calories, more carbs... whoudda thunk it, huh?

JULIE -- I'm down one more pound (a very important one ).... now 199, down 5 pounds total for the challenge. Missing you, girl!

Thanks, Don! I'm glad I started OWL and am looking forward to more choices.

Way to go Blazing on the size 10's! Wallyworld can be really great! My skin is better, too, gotta love this WOE.

Keep going, Self! You're doing great, and sometimes it's just water weight for a pound. Hope your week gets better.

              You look fantastic, Adena!

I have! I also find the dry brushing has contributed to a lot of the soft skin that I'm getting...so has my hubby

But for the most part, I think that HIGH PRO GLOW is great!

Thanks Sillygirl! I may just do that. Right now, I have kind of taken over keeping track on the August Calories Burned challenge, in Zencyns absence.

Emma, thanks for sharing the picture! Would you look at all those skinny Brits! Y'all are doing so great! Here is my update.

I had a good week last week and lost another 2 lbs. So now I am 11 gone out of 18 with 4 weeks left to go. WooHoo!!! Gosh, all that with going up to 55 net carbs and onto rung 9 this past week.

Don, you're a model ADBB-er! I wish everyone would "get" that it's okay to bump up the carbs and you will still lose weight. That's the whole point! I'm very glad to see you "get" it, and are having terrific results to prove it!
