        I would like to lose 20 lbs by the end of July (would love to be at goal but I'm a slow loser) for my hubby's family reunion.

            as my computer is dead i have to go to the internet cafe to check mail do my work and check out the board, so sorry i am a little late checking in!!
            Well i am down to 167!!! woo-hoo only 22 lbs to go.....but i hope i'll make it to 27!!! good luck guys

              Still 147.5 today :anger

              I did 40 min on treadmill last night. Can't exercise tonight though but will continue tomorrow.

                WOOHOO!!! I'm 146.5 today!! :joy I hope I stay there, at least NOT go up again.

                Tonight after work, I'm going to do either 30 min on elliptical or 45 min on treadmill (depending on my foot) and weights.

                If I can't post this weekend, I'll update on Monday. ha

                  No weight loss in February, but did lose 10.5 inches -- including 2 off my waist, 1.5 of abdomen, .5 off bust, and 2.5 off chest.
                  Go figure.

                    I didn't get to the gym this weekend. I'll go everyday this week though.

                                I'd like to join

                                I'd like to join this challenge. I did the Christmas challenge that was going on and it really helped me stay focused. My current weight is 170. I originally started Atkins at 217. I've plataued tor the last couple of months. Then I started straying a little bit...a lot of frankenfoods, caffeine, and ect. (Before I was hard-core atkins). This past week I did a carb load. I did this once before and it got me out of the plateau. I know, I know, a lot of people can't do that. Anyway, now I'm coming back-doing induction. My goal weight for July 4th is 145.
