Another 4 lbs washed away since I last posted! I'm at 224, 4 more lbs till I reach my mini-goal in July of 220. I'm sure I'll surpass that goal now, and am more determined than ever. Off to the gym I go... :icondance

I haven't posted here in a while, but I am still taking part inthe challenge! I'm down to 222lbs this week and I've never felt better.

I'm having a terrible time. I know why
urplequ: Weekends are the worst for me because I don't drink my water like I should. I just hate going to the store and the first thing I do is look for a bathroom. And I don't get all my veggies in.
Looks like I've got some big improvements to make! :raving

Hello, just a little Monday check-in! I'm down to 217lbs this morning. 17lbs away fro m my goal for this challenge. 7lbs away from 100lbs lost! :joy

Hello? :confused
Catching up... Wed I did 30 min weight machines and 30 min treadmill. It felt good actually.
Thurs I rested, got ready for camping.
Friday, slug :raving left right after work for the mountains
Saturday, did a little bit of walking around but nothing strenuous
Sunday went for a walk w/hubby through bushes and trees and saw a gorgeous Moose!!
Tonight I'm doing weight machines and either treadmill or eliptical.

I don't think I'm going to make my July 4th goal :anger The scales just refuse to budge! But I'll measure this weekend and see where I'm at.
Tonight I'm going to walk on the treadmill. Maybe I'll go for distance instead of time... what do you think? When I do the 30 min cardio, it ends up being about 1 3/4 miles.
I'm having surgery on my foot on July 8th so I won't be joining anymore challenges until it's healed
urplequ: but I'll still try to find some exercises I can do.
