  • Another 4 lbs washed away since I last posted! I'm at 224, 4 more lbs till I reach my mini-goal in July of 220. I'm sure I'll surpass that goal now, and am more determined than ever. Off to the gym I go... :icondance

      I haven't posted here in a while, but I am still taking part inthe challenge! I'm down to 222lbs this week and I've never felt better.

        I'm having a terrible time. I know why urplequ: Weekends are the worst for me because I don't drink my water like I should. I just hate going to the store and the first thing I do is look for a bathroom. And I don't get all my veggies in.

        Looks like I've got some big improvements to make! :raving

        • I made my mini goal today, 2 weeks early!!! I'm now at 220. My next mini goal is my birthday Aug 2, at 210. I'm so excited this woe really does work if you set your mind to it!

            I'm gonna bite the bullet and exercise even though it hurts. So I've got 2 weeks to get out of the 140s! :yikes I'll really try!

                  • Debbie, everybody's body reacts differently to different type of excercises. Maybe you should try some variety, something other than what you have been doing. I myself am going to be adding in water excercising, as something different!

                      • BTW, last night I did 30 min treadmill and 30 min upper body weight training. Boy do I hurt today! (my hip is killing me) :anger

                        • Last night I did 45 min on the treadmill at a comfortable pace. Tonight I'll do weights and uncomfortable pace :raving

                          No change on scales. I might take measurements and see where I'm at.

                            Catching up... Wed I did 30 min weight machines and 30 min treadmill. It felt good actually.

                            Thurs I rested, got ready for camping.

                            Friday, slug :raving left right after work for the mountains

                            Saturday, did a little bit of walking around but nothing strenuous

                            Sunday went for a walk w/hubby through bushes and trees and saw a gorgeous Moose!!

                            Tonight I'm doing weight machines and either treadmill or eliptical.

                            • down a total of 60.5, not going to make my 2nd 4th goal but that is ok Still sticking to it.. but have slacked off the exercise... I will get it back!

                              • I don't think I'm going to make my July 4th goal :anger The scales just refuse to budge! But I'll measure this weekend and see where I'm at.

                                Tonight I'm going to walk on the treadmill. Maybe I'll go for distance instead of time... what do you think? When I do the 30 min cardio, it ends up being about 1 3/4 miles.

                                I'm having surgery on my foot on July 8th so I won't be joining anymore challenges until it's healed urplequ: but I'll still try to find some exercises I can do.
