                              I listened to Dr. Charles Stanley today on CD in my car driving around. He mentioned that unless we have goals in life, we can not have hope. We need to keep our goals around this place, even after reaching them, we need to make new ones constantly. I am going to claim my goal weight in the morning, and my next goal will be to maintain and to tone. But this does not just apply to weight loss, it applies to all areas in you life. We need to look at what goals we want in the future. I imagine many of you already have goals, have reached goals, and are getting close to reaching a goal. Just promise me that you will never go through life without setting goals and lets make it a point to teach this to our kids. This place is thriving with Mom's and Dad's that have lot's of kids...imagine what we could do by teaching them the "goal technique"?...hugs, Michelle.
                              Oh yah, my compliment today is that i reached my goal weight...yipppeeee
