so sorry, I've been around, just not as much.

I was bad this past weekend and let one small cheat turn into a day and a half of eating all bad carbs. I'm back to my healthy WOE this week with a big reminder that it takes 3-4 days for me to get back into ketosis.

Does anyone know how much humidity it takes for ketostix to quit working? And also, do they results in a false positive or a false negative?

No assignment from me this week. I'll try to have something really good for next week.

How about daily water challenges too?

i've been wondering that myself ... suddenly I'm either out of ketosis entirely (doesnt really change color) or barely in it (very light pink, on the bottle scale it'd equal "light")... used to always be dark.
I keep them in a cupboard in my bathroom... wood cupboard...I wonder if maybe the steam from the shower happens to seep thru and then ... ???

                :wave

well I'm 277... a 1 pound difference from last week. I've been doing 1 day cardio and 1 day weights, that could be the problem cause I have lost inches...

so, my non-weight goal is atleast a size 14/16

still no loss from me yet, sometimes I think I am adding as much muscle as I'm losing (both of which are slow). My realistic goal for the summer is to be able to pack all mys sister's clothes instaed of buying my own. She's always so busy with school and work she can go 10 days without all her shorts and t-shirts.

Most of her clothes are 10-12 range, and I'm in a 14 now.

                    • Weekly assignment--Out with the old, In with the new

ok, first of all I'm sorry I haven't been around much this week.

How about for the next week we drop a bad habit and take up a good one? It can be diet/exercise related or not.

Mine is to not drink Diet Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper for a week. I've already started my good habit by drinking water w/ lemon before bed instead of a diet cola (usually Dr.P).

I guess I should be more of an example.

How about a fun assignment for the week? I don't know if this is possible, but if the weather is nice, try going outside to exercise. If you don't run, that's ok you can walk. If they weather isn't warm enough yet, just try changing up your routine a bit. I know this may not seem like too much fun, but it may help if you are needing the motivation.
