So many of us are running in circles with work, exercise, our blasted Fitday numbers
, family, church, kids activities, kitchen remodels, family sickness, upcoming holidays and the list goes on and on. Oh, lets not forget the 23 challenges we signed up for and the pressure to fultull our commitments as Leaders and/or Challengers.
Who out there isn't pulled in 15 different directions each day?
Some of us need to stop and smell the roses, breath and feel some calmness.
There is no award being offered for this (although I might convinced to make a graphic as a reminder to TAKE TEN), there is nothing to gain except
calmness and deep, slow, regular breathing. i hesistate to call it a "challenge". Let's say it's DAILY SELF RENEWAL .
The only thing this TAKE TEN FOR YOURSELF will require is for you to join me in taking 10 minutes, each day. to be calm, be still and breath. Leave the pressures of life for 10 minutes. Trust me, they'll be there when the 10 minutes is up.
