        I agree...it should be our mascot. I am so glad to be part of this post. Great energy going on here. I should get up earlier that 6 am and start excersizing too. I would think it would give the metabolism a good kick start to burn even faster throughout the day. I just love my sleep and my dreams to much to give them up any sooner than I have too.
        Which brings me to a question? Should I be riding my sationary bike before or after dinner? I usually do it after dinner.

          I have always heard that if you exercise before you eat than your body is already in a "burning mode" and it will help burn the calories as you are eating them. Not sure if it is true though. Also I like to exercise before I eat so that I don't have a full stomach...it just helps me move easier.

              Catrenia - I totally agree with you that if the scale doesn't move at least people are noticing that you look smaller. It does help that I took measurements, but sometimes those don't change either and that can be somewhat discouraging also.

                Good morning!!

                I agree with you Jane. It's amazing how many people have signed up for this challenge.

                Starr - I couldn't manage to drink that much water. I would be living in the bathroom!!

                Did everyone see that Iyshiaf has already made her January Ab challenge goal - 3100/3000. She deserves around of applause for that accomplishment!!

                Everyone - Heidi is going thru a difficult time in her life and she needs our support more than ever. Keep her and her kids in your prayers.

                  Rochelle any exercise is good exercise, but I would say before dinner, as like Starr said, it will have your body already in the burning mode for when you eat.

                    Good morning everyone! Everyone seems to be doing great so far, keep up the good work! I'm excited to see everyones after photos once this challenge ends.

                    As for me..I'm starting fresh today I havent been sticking to plan like I'd hoped the last few days, so I came to work prepared with lots of water and legal foods so I wont be tempted to head to the vending machine. I know once I get through these next couple days everything will get easier and the cravings will go away, I need to hang up my 'before' picture somewhere to remind me and keep me from cheating haha

                              I would but I dont want to scare my boyfriend into not eating anymore lol BUT it could possibly scare our roommate into moving out..that would be a good thing lol I think I'll just hang it up at work cause that's where I spend most of my time and that's usually where I do my cheating, I dont buy a lot of bad foods for home so I dont really have a problem sticking to plan, that is a good idea though!

                                I was like "wow" when I seen so many had completed getting in their pics and stats, this is so awesome.

                                Congrats Iyshiaf on completing your ab goal for January. You are going to having some rocking abs!
