    Good morning ladies and gent!!

    Alexa - I would say that those are after pics and not beginning pics. You look amazing!

    Starr - I would post pics of your self on the frig and kitchen cabinets so you can see yourself when you were at your worst - that would motivation in itself. I would lift free weights and do dumbbell flys or if you have a exercise ball, you could do back extensions on it.

    Don - love the thong.

    Eventhough this is an 11 week challenge, it will be over in a blink of an eye. Let's keep our eyes on the prize - making it to our goal weights.

                  ShinningStarr- I posted a question about Back Fat and Julirama gave me some good excersizes for it. Do a search under my name and look for "Back Fat" I have it too and really need to work more on it.

                    I scale everyday Rochelle, when i stopped for the no weigh challenge i ended up cheating... why? because I hold myself accountable to the scale, I dont mind if it stays the same or even goes up a bit, i have to stay accountable to it to stay on track.

                    Obviously that is not recommended! Its just the way i work!

                    I dont think I have back fat, I'll check that when i get home, time to leave work now, i think i'm all front!

                      Good, then I will continue to step on that thing every day. It just kills me to see an increase in weight when I did so well. I agree with you when you say it keeps you accountable. It does me too.

                        My doctor told me weighing every day is good because it keeps you accountable, just as long as you don't get discouraged and quit if it goes up a few pounds every now and then. So I weigh every day. It keeps me motivated!

                              Starr you can do this, whenever you feel that cheat coming on, grab a glass of water, wait 10 minutes and in that 10 minutes note the reasons why you are trying to lose weight - in your head, you dont need to write it down!
                              I agree with Emma. What helps me is thinking how I will feel if I cheat. I don't want to feel bad - no food is worth feeling down on yourself later. Stay strong!!

                                I have Denise Austin 5 Minute Toners. It's a series of exercises for each specific body part (10 different five minute workouts on the DVD). There is one series just for the back (which I need). The DVD was $9.99 at Kmart. It requires hand weights and an exercise mat.
