Alexa - I would say that those are after pics and not beginning pics. You look amazing!
Starr - I would post pics of your self on the frig and kitchen cabinets so you can see yourself when you were at your worst - that would motivation in itself. I would lift free weights and do dumbbell flys or if you have a exercise ball, you could do back extensions on it.
Don - love the thong.
Eventhough this is an 11 week challenge, it will be over in a blink of an eye. Let's keep our eyes on the prize - making it to our goal weights.
