Randi, my friend at work is trying to follow S. Beach (just like Atkins only with low fat) and he had the little sausages cause he thought- "hey this is meat so it has to be ok" and they ended up having alot of filler and sugars in them and the pak was like 7 g of carbs per serving. I don't know which ones you have, but you may want to check out the ingredients. Sugars have all sorts of names to disguise that it is actually sugar. Just a thought.

I didnt even look at your veggie intake, I was more wanting to see processed foods, which i found, let me know the ingredients when you get home!

Ok, I still can't think of the name of them, but the little (non-breakfast) sausages are just like little summer sausages. Not the same that you use for cocktail wiener .....UMMMM cocktail wieners ...sorry got off subject! I don't know if the package will have the ingredients for them b/c I buy them from a guy at work that sells meats and cheeses....not as scary as it sounds. It is called Wisconsin meat and cheese. I will still look when i get home. I also think that my breakfast sausages are by Johnsonville, so I don't know if that sets off any alarms with you guys. Either way I will still look when I get home on the ingredients and "hopefully" I won't find any surprises!!!

Roz - you are right. It is hard not to just "oh well it is meat it shouldn't have carbs". I found that out the hard way with Taco Bell. I didn't know they put sugar in their hamburger....something sugarish anyway. ;-)

Randi - I would add more veggies to your diet and then see what happens. Don't get down - the weight will come off if you stick with it.

                      Emma - Happy early Birthday!!

Liz - great job on the weight loss.

Don - that's just too cute. Keep up the good work and you will be at your goal in no time.

Isyiah - it's has to be TOM - just hormones. Soon it will stop and you will see results.

Hope everyone has a great day!!

Are these the sausages? They have full nutritional info at the site - some of their sausages have sugar, some don't.

Yes this site really helped. The Breakfast sausages that I eat it says has 2grams of carb and 0 sugars. However when I look at the ingredients it corn syrup as the 3rd ingredient and >2% of dextrose (which is a sugar right? I was always told anything that ends in "ose" was a sugar).

This is the other sausages that I eat...http://oldwisconsin.com/products.html (go to the snack sausages). They don't have the ingredients, but they all say 0 carbs.

So should I be eating these or not? I really appreciate all of the help and advice!!!

                          Thanks!!!!!

no ingredients so kinda hard... but cant be that bad at 0G carbs, i would definitely switch your breakfast sausages... generally if you go to a butcher they'll make you some up that dont have any fillers or sugars,
