    Hi guys,
    I'm up this morning too....(170. why?
    haven't been religious with exercise... for one
    and two haven't been eating very well, go for hours without eating at all.
    and three yesterday I got sloppy and had beans/chili and brown rice and a hot dog... so not on that rung... plus all that salt in the hotdog... I don't normally eat hotdogs, and no veggies yesterday as I recall now either. (smacking myself!)
    Then those rum and diet drinks a couple a days ago, that might not have helped either... So, got to clean up my act a bit too... got too sloppy.

    I feel like this is "confessions of a dieter" or something... okay... high priestest Emma wave your magic wand and absolve me of my sins...

    Next week will be good, I just FEEL it! and I will be a good girl! ALL WEEK!

          When I joined this challenge, I didn't know about the Easter cruise, so I had my goal as 170 (which was a pretty lame goal!). I am at 175 now, so can I change my goal to 150?

            Good Morning everyone!!

            I finally broke through my P.I.S.S. and am down to 198 - yes, you read correctly, 198!!! That means I have lost 22 pounds since January 1. I have also lost 19 total inches!!

            I AM SO FREAKING THRILLED THAT I AM BESIDES MYSELF!! My size 18 jeans are a tad too big, but the 16's are a tad too small - well I can put them on, but that's about it. Can't wear them too long or I might pass out!!

            Anyways, TOM is here, so I don't expect too much of a loss this week.

            The past two weeks, I seem to have gained and lost the same 2-3 pounds.

            Oh well, On Sunday, I am going to Vegas for a week with my hubby, all alone, no kids. I am beyond thrilled!!

              Hi everyone, just checking in, have no been on here lately at all, not in my journal or nothing. Kind of looking back over the last few years and only one time while trying to lose weight do i remember it going so well and that was when i did the Gold Standard, im not sure if any of you have heard of it, but it comes from a website called leadwiththediet and its still atkins but its for people like me who have a very hard time losing and got other things going on as well that could be a cause of an overload of yeast in there body, i guess it could be like the KISS diet of atkins, pretty much your keeping it simple. I remember when i did it before i felt great, my acne cleared up completely even when it was that tom which is when i break out horrendously, my bloatness, indegestion and gas cleared up, i had so much more energy, i slept good at night. So im going to go that route and see what happens, i hope its the answer i need because im feeling lousy here lately, no energy, my face is broke out, and im still holding at 320 so not loss or no gain. I know for me im a very very slow loser and this might be my culprit or an allergy one, i know when i did it before i cut out cheese, processed meats which i love sausage for bfast lol, heavy cream in my coffee and was only eating meat, veggies, eggs and using olive oil for my fat. But the thing was i could eat easily 40 net carbs of veggies and lose, but i cant lose at 20 when my carbs are coming from other sources along with the veggies. I know that it will be hard because its boring but after reading up on that sight that is my problem, food is thought of way to much for me, and i need it to be boring, it is my drug of choice and has been for way to long. So today i cut out all the cheese, cream, butter and processed meats and im going to go for a week like this and see how i feel, if this dont do it, im going to the doctor and figuring out what is wrong with me, not just wth trying to lose weight but i feel lousy, but after reading about yeast god yeast can make you feel so lousy, and im just thinking with my yo yo dieting that i have built up yeast in my system. Ok done rambling now lol, i get ahead of myself i know.

                Ok, I read your post and had to laugh at the "passing out". I too am now at 198 and the 18s make my butt look bad (way baggy which is saying something because I've got some serious back). I can wear the 16s for a little while but it doesn't feel good when I sit (standing is fine). Where are the size 17 jeans?

                    Still sitting at 155 this morning. Wish I could come up with a reason for no loss but I am dumbfounded. Congrats to those who pulled a loss this week

                    Emma this is the third week of weigh in, if someone hasn't posted yet, I think it is safe to assume they aren't interested in continuing on and you could take them off the list.

                      Well, scale said 196 this AM so I am down 3 pounds for the week (yay!!) I am (cautiously) moving on to the dairy rung this week and trying a bit of yogurt a few times. Bought the Dannon carb control/sugar control (3 carbs/serving) and plan to look for the Greek kind everyone likes on my next shopping trip.

                      Have listed all my too big pants/jeans on eBay so there is no turning back now

                      Had fun at the Superbowl party yesterday--since I had not seen any of the people there since starting this WOE 2 months ago the "how much weight have you lost" comments made me feel really good I did limit myself to 3 Michelob Ultras and one jello shot which is pretty amazing for me in that kind of setting.

                      Congrats to all the losers this week and for those of you up a bit--hey, A NEW WEEK STARTS TODAY so shake it off and hang in there!!!!!

                            I'll be the bad guy.........I think if it has been longer than 2 weeks, then maybe you should remove them from the challenge. These individuals should be removed unless Emma, the host, has been notified by the individual of their absence, in a timely matter. I understand that life happens, but if this was a job and we had to meet once a week to get/ give info, and we did not show up for awhile, more than likely, we'd be fired. Just put next to their name DNMR- "Does not meet requirements". I am sorry if that sounds harsh, but I take this challenge serious and I made a comittment to all of you by stating that I would do this and report to you once a week. We are all trying really hard and we all should be proud of our consistant commitments.
