I stayed the same for this week, after being away for the weekend, where I ate a bit more than I usually do, we had a couple of buffets, which are usually deadly, but I really was selective on what I ate. I didn't work out the same intensity that I do at home, but did do alot of walking. So I'm back to the slim in 6 workouts, and careful carb counting. Hopefully I can still lose a few more pounds before heading out on our cruise next Wednesday!

It is what it is but I am not giving up!

I'm going on a cruise in April (6 weeks away!) YAY! Anyway, from your profile name I'm assuming you are a veteran cruiser?? Any tips on how to stay low-carb on my trip. I'm so worried about going off plan for a week and not being able to get back on track when I get home. Have fun next week!
