I've been off the wagon (again) and not proud of myself. The scale went up to 186lbs, but now at 180lbs (my start weight for this - grr!).

I hate to say, but I am at 170 this week. Thats up one lb from last week. It is my TOM though. Good luck to everyone else.

Yeah i had my anniversary with my bf this weekend, and i cheated...i kept to MOSTLY atkins stuff, but i had the following things:


beer
gin and soda
BBQ ranch dressing on a salad
corn on a salad
tomato basil vinegarette on a salad
diet coke

ahhh! back on track though, up to 163.5, but i think its water weight from the beer

I'm actually down to 117lbs!! I think I dropped a few pounds with TOM and then I was sick all week and couldn't eat much. Probably going to gain it all back now that I'm eating again...

Well, I'm at the same this week! 150lbs but I'm happy with that as long as I havent gained anything. I havent been sticking to plan very well and really need to get my **** together soon before I gain too much back.
