What's the problem with Hot Wings? I make/eat them all the time on Atkins, they're perfectly ok.

Well Digitalmocking, pork roast is legal too, but there is such a thing as TOO MUCH!! I can sit down and eat 1200 calories+ of pork. That is TOO MUCH when my belly says it's full about half way through and I'm eating it cause it tastes good. It's why I only make a roast once a month or so, and the rest of the time, It's single chops, cutlets, whatever.
I just pig out over pork

290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!

Because it is the store bought ones that I like. I eat them when I am out of time or need something quick when I am at school. But I do over eat them when I have them too.

I'd recommend buying a big bag of frozen wings and some Franks Wing Sauce. I just dump a small bottle into a huge bag of frozen wings, shake it around really well and stick it back in the freezer.

20 minutes in the oven and I have a quick and easy meal or snack.

WOW everyone is doing so well. Keep it up folks. My body seems to be hanging on to every pound for dear life. Still hovering between 160 and 165. I am not discouraged though. I know that slow and steady wins this race.

Isn't weird how clothing sizes-particularly womens clothing sizes vary all over the board. My challenge pants are a size 9. The odd number being junior sizes so i get that they are cut a bit smaller. But my size 9 challenge pants are super tight and i am sitting here in some size 8 pants that fit perfectly well. Look fairly good even. I am just complaining a lil how there is absolutely no standardization in the clothing industry. Anywho i tried on my challenge pants again today. There has been little change in the muffin top but the butt is a lil more comfy. Maybe a little easier to get them up. I worked out yesterday for a solid hour...at least. And i felt really really good after. Gonna do some fit ball work today. How about everyone else out there in chalenge land? How are we all doing keeping up with exercise and staying on plan?

I have never in my adult life fit into a single digit size piece of clothing. I don't care where they make in, if it says i'm smaller than the rest do, I'll take it!!!

Measured for the first time since 2/3 & I've lost 4.75 inches making a grand total of 50 inches gone!! As Sunny pointed out to me that is over 4 feet of fat~~~thats alot of fat!! Needless to say I'm pretty excited today.

Yesterday was great also. I don't need surgery on my knee. The x-rays & physical exam were excellent. Inflammation is the issue. Got a steroid injection in my knee & my knee hasn't felt this great in a very long time. Have a 2 week course of prescription anti-inflammatory meds. Tomorrow I can resume my normal activities. Monday I'm going to the gym to start working out!!

Gotta get into those size 18 jeans!!
