            I tried on the sausage dress and it zips!!!!! Hopefully by next saturday I'll be able to breath too. No guarantees since weight seems to be coming off my butt and thighs and I'm not complaining. Also, when I was stretching after my run this morning I saw... MUSCLES. Like on my legs!

              WOW...muscles!!! I have yet to see that. I did the firm stability ball dvd today. Can you say ouch? My core is so weak. But i did the whole thing. I did need to take about a 10 minute break in the middle. I have really been pushing the exercise in the hopes to get that scale moving.

                  Yesterday I had a minor visit to carbville. Don't know why~it just happened. Refuse to myself & refuse to psychoanalyze why. happens & today is a new day! Pushing the fluids, will walk more than I usually do & enjoy my day!

                      Stalled currently, but getting a lot of good exercise in, lap swimming in the mornings, martial arts a couple of times a week.

                      I feel good, cheated a bit yesterday but I'm fine with it, right back on track today

                        completely stalled. Back up to 161.5. haven't been exercising...but haven't been cheating either.

                          I am stalled too In spite of my efforts to up the exercise and more closely monitor my carbs i have yet to see a budge on the scale and the measurements are not going anywhere either. I am pushing to get things moving but frustration is certainly setting in.

                            I just want to say that I think this challenge is a really good idea. I had a disturbing conversation with a friend of mine, who refuses to weight train because she doesn't want the number on the scale to go up. She knows that she'll get more toned and look better but she's dead set on being in the 120's...

                            This is how obsessed people get with the number on the scale!!!!!! That's why I love how this challenge focuses on pictorial results, rather than numbers.
