Go back to Photobucket and click on 'edit' for each picture. Click 'resize' and then click on 'preset sizes' and then click on 'Website (320x240)'. When you finish click on 'refresh' on the ADBB page and that should make them the right size.

Hi decreaseself, I use a very easy program that is freeware, is call Irfanview, I think its the easiest photo editor, it has an area where you can resize the photo, if you have problems with it, I could resize them for you. Just let me know, take care,

I did 20 minutes of floor exercises first thing this morning. Then I power shopped for 5 hours. I hate Wal-Mart! It was so cold and pouring down rain, I thought I'd never get warm again. I was not up to any stepper, but I just finished 35 minutes weight training with 5 pound weights. I am quickly getting my strength back and I think I will be able to go to 8 pounders in another week.

About that recumbent stepper--I have always had a flat droopy butt and that's where I lose first. I just noticed recently that I am getting a butt and it's pretty firm. I wore some jeans today that I hadn't worn in a while and they felt strange because the seat was snug instead of baggy. It has to be the stepper, because it really works my butt muscles.

              Sunny!

I hit the treadmill today. Chickened out of trying the elliptical cuz it was a different YMCA than I go to so I was a little lost. Tomorrow I'd like to go to my normal Y for a swim but will try out the elliptical before I hit the pool! Anyway did 3.0 miles on treadmill and 25 pushups!

                        Hey everyone.

So I know I've been MIA and I do apologize. For the past week and a half everyone in my house has had this nasty stomach bug and I really think I used that as an excuse to not be on point. So today I have turned over a new leaf..and I'm starting fresh. I had DH take pictures for this challenge (which I've been avoiding like the plague) and I even got brave enough to FINALLY take some bra and undie pics as before pictures and all I can say is OMG I am motivated now. LOL I had NO idea I had let myself get so out of control. It's really weird b/c in my head I think I'm smaller than I truly am..and then once I'm dieting...I think I'm so much bigger than I am.

Anyhow, enough of my life story..I wanted to see if it was okay that I still posted pics for this challenge. Just lemme know what you guys think.

                        Thanks so much!!!

                          Hi Everyone,

I haven't been posting here, but I've been busy posting everywhere else. Abs, Squats, Water, Century Club challenges & Journals, etc.

I've committed to doing the following every day alternating:
Day 1 - legs (squats, side & back leg lifts), & back (reverse crunches)
Day 2 - abs (stability ball circular crunches) & arms (wall push ups, triceps

My focus is not quantity, but slow, deliberate strength training in order to build & tone muscle. If I can easily do my sets, then I add resistance. My whole body is aching, but I've done nothing in so long, I can understand why. I've noticed my waist shrinking, but my thighs, not so much! I'm getting more endurance every day, though. I've got several dusty exercise tapes that are waiting to be worn out. I have an elliptical trainer that I've used once this year, and a rowing machine that I've never used. At some point they will become my friends. So far, they're mocking me...

Slow and deliberate is the way to do it. I had surgery twice in 3 months and had to stop everything. I started lifting 2 pound weights again, then within a week I jumped to 5 pound weights. During this time, I was doing a lot of stuff in a hurry. I was surprised when even the 5 pounders didn't make me sore. Yesterday was the third time lifting the 5-pounders, but I did it slower and really concentrated on each muscle group as I lifted and today my muscles are so sore I can barely move them. I did exactly the same routine but it took me 10 minutes longer to finish.
