ok today is 2 weeks no weighing...its difficult....I love the motivation of having LOST weight but the demotivation of scales not moving is worse...so 2 weeks down and 2 weeks to go!

              Hi!
I'd like to join in the no-scale challenge. I'm currently in the Read the Book Challenge and it was recommended for me to check this challenge out, so here I am!

I was weighing myself daily during Induction and it motivated me to see the numbers go down. But now that I'm moving into OWL, I think it will only annoy me to see my numbers fluctuate, so I am stopping the constant weighing.

My goal is to only weigh once a week and my weigh-in day will be on Thursdays.

Hopefully after a few weeks I will get to where I can go longer between weigh-ins!

              Thanks!

                hiya tammy!
                -----------

i broke down and weighed. not just yesterday but today also. yesterday i was 135 and today 136. the one pound difference doesn't bother me, it's the whole flucuation thing. but i really want to see what is going on more closely, making sure i'm where i am suppose to be. i started fitdaying again and it seems i'll do induction for a couple days the very quickly get to owl.

                sounds like a plan
now i'll see if i can implement it.

oh and i'll weigh next thursday as that is my next doctor appointment

i've recorded when i weighed and the results in my stats journal. i have weighed a couple times so far this week. more to reinforce the state of ketosis. today was an experiment of sorts between my scale and the dr scale.
not sure when i will weigh next. maybe tomorrow to make it a friday thing or i may wait till next week.

anyhow, i think i'm doing okay. remember, my problem was not that i was weighing all the time but that i wasn't weighing at all. i think i'll not have to report in here again unless i fall back into that bad habit [for me it's a bad habit] of not weighing....ever!

Today was my 2 week end to scale free....AND IT WORKED!! I was SO NERVOUS to step on that scale this morning and almost didnt but I did and I HIT A MINI GOAL and lost 2 pounds these past 2 weeks. So I'm going to scale-it for a while and come back in (maybe in a week) to do another 2 or 4 week challenge.
