            Doin Miles, Flights, & Kid Ketchin'...
            2 Ab Chal's; 6WEC#27 slug-Free; & more; 50# LOST in'06-
            but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

            .................OMG how did I fail AGAIN

                Day 25 for me
                Well, here's the deal, Boonie ... since I seem to have a fairly high metabolic resistance and the losing is slow going, I figure if I only weigh monthly, then I'm pretty well guaranteed a good whoosh after 30-31 days of low carb/low cal (and yeah, I gotta count the cals, too ). It's just a little psychological advantage I like to give myself

                    Alas, I got my weighday results of a week yesterday, and whoopity doo-doo... it's the same number as the last - and there I was, chompin' at the bit to see a 1-week Whooshie; POOPOO is what I should've expected since I went and ate a whole can of corned beef Thursay night like a dummy! (Lots of salt...)

                    Now, something like that certainly wouldn't stop a 30-day Whoosh Fairy from making its appointed rounds!

                    Well, 168 is still ok, since I know I have a loss just hiding until Nov 1 when next I challenge the metal beast to give me a thrill.

                        but I erfuse to let it goto my head.. (though I did see fit to post the current pic, the camera was just being extra nice at the time) You would NOT like to see me right now wearing 150's clothes!!!

                        Yep, corned beef is chock full of salt: I must've drank a gallon of water afterwards!!!

                          this was day 14 for me and it was sunday but i just didn't feel like weighing.

                                Today was weigh day and down a lb from last week. 259. Wish it was more, but at least I didn't gain!
