            Day 26 Scale Free

            26/28

I finally got my computer back and working excellente. My cuzin is good at removing trojans and viruses, me, no way! So now I'm going to be very cautious with exercise videos, especially from YouTube.com even if it has so many so-called wonderful stars. I know a couple of good ones and I'll just stick with them.
            THANK YOU

DAY 31 ... tomorrow is weigh-in ... oh please oh please oh please, let it be good news! My clothes are certainly looser, so here's hoping it's both inches and pounds !

Ashley seems to be the champ on willpower, though ... what is this, 43 days for you? Admirable!

Well, I finally weighed myself after a full month without a scale and I'm down 7 lbs., to 161 ... not super great but not terrible, either. With those hour-long walks on the treadmill, I was hoping for 10 lbs. ... oh well! At least I didn't hit the wall, so there's that!

Next week is my semi-annual check up and I'll have to weigh-in then ... so I vow not to go near a scale until next Friday; one week!

Oh, the WHOOSY FAIRY (see below) wishes you a HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

You did fantastic, FLdoodette! Don't be so hard on yourself - many take twice as long (or more) to drop 7! WTG!!

Meanwhile, after nothing last week, I got up the nerve at 6:30 this morning, and...

                          4/30

This time I'm going to do it for 30 days to make it even throughout the whole month but I'm still going to post M - W - F and the last day on Sunday. I hope you are all doing well!

WOW! You look fantastic and gorgeous, Norah! Keep it up! Beautiful! PTL! Ashley and Boonie, you have such strength and willpower. I know I wouldn't be able to stay away from the scale that long. I commend you both!

Thanks & good luck to all you persistent souls,
I bid you farewell to no-weigh for awhile, as during the holiday zone (Halloween thru New Years) may find it the small thing that helps me keep good traction on my progress; no slipping, in other words. OK, so I'm tempting the scale addict in me, .... we'll see if I can control it now, having been "in recovery" here... LOL!!!

However, if the scale presents me with any major frustration, I'll be right back...
I'll leave this scale here 'til then...
