I weighed in for the "New You in the New Year Challenge" ... only lost one pound this week. Pleh. Anyway ... better than gaining a pound!

I joined "Out with the Old, In with the New You" and the "ADBB Vitamin Club Conversation" threads. I want to focus remembering to take my vitamins daily but post 2-3Xs/wk; and focus less on the scale posts by posting about combined exercise, size and pound loss but mostly exercise quantity during the week. I was obsessing about the scale even though I didn't have to do it not until once a month. It's one of my "addictions" that I need to overcome. I'm learning about changing to fulfillment from desires that are healthy. Thanks for asking. I'm glad you are in another challenge, it'll help. I'm halfway there.
Hello Norah, Cindy, Boonie,Dashly and all those hanging in there scale free, My scale is put up and tomorrow will be a start of my scale-free days.......at least seven days to start. I'm with Boonie.
