    I so totally understand that Sunny...I am the same...AND I pledge to weigh-in tuesday mornings only...once a week...no peeking no matter what...that's gonna be tough! But getting on all the time is making me crazy anyways with the ups and downs!!!

          Doin Miles, Flights, & Kid Ketchin'...
          2 Ab Chal's; 6WEC#27 slug-Free; & more; 50# LOST in'06-
          but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

            Down a pound today! Actually, a little over a pound, but the extra was the 6/10 pound that I GAINED last week!

            I must confess... I wasn't very good at staying off the scale, particularly the closer I got to official weigh day.

            So I'm going to take the cute little Garfield off my signature, and add it back again when I come back.

            And I'm SURE I will be back.

                Thanks for asking Sherri...Down 1, which is better than nothing, but I was disappointed. I did find out though that my meatballs were full of illegal stuff and that my mayo has sugar (snif snif) so that is understandable I guess.

                  You're welcome, and good for you on the pound gone forever. You're going the right direction. Yes, the sneaky sugars. Being a lesson learned, I can just bet that won't happen again with the meatballs and mayo. I have a recipe for making fresh mayo if you would like it.
                  Manufacterers have a tendancy to put HFCS in so many products that one wouldn't realize. I have found so many in my journey. The one that upset me was horseradish because I use so much of it.
                  It just makes us professional food ingediant label readers.
                  Congratulations on the 1 pound just the same. Hold your head high! Be proud that you're becoming a smarter Atkineer. Information to pay forward in your journey.

                    Hi all and congrats. I am a newbie here and I been trying to find challenges to motivate myself. I am a scale fanatic, lol. I get on the scale just about every two days. I know I was getting on it to much so my fiance took the battery out of it. So I am now going to commit myself to this challenge of not getting on it. Just once a week. I will weigh myself every Tuesday since thats the day of the week I started on. Good luck everyone!

                        Thanks Guekjian. Its just been kind of frustrating because I been at a stand still for about a week or week in a half. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I haven't went off of the diet I guess my body is like "Nope"... LOL!

                          Maybe if you try a new food...Have you tried the Whooshie pie? It actually worked for me, so...you never know!!! I know someone mentioned it not so long ago so if you do a search here you should find the recipe. Also, have you been measuring yourself cause if you're working out, your weight might be the same but your measurements may be smaller! Hang in there...and we'll check in tuesday! Stay strong this weekend!
