    Dr. visits don't count. Though next time you're at the doctors, and are in this challenge, you may want to turn your back to it when you get on and tell them you don't want to know the results. (That's what I do).
    Just weigh on Wednesday as usual, then stay off untill the following wednesday. This is an ongoing challenge, so you will get another chance.

      I'm still scale free - this is the longest I've gone since I started Atkins April 15th. I weigh-in tomorrow - I've got my fingers crossed for my first mini-goal...

      Dibby - Dr. Apts definitely don't count Nice thing about this challenge: You get a fresh crack at it every week (assuming you weigh weekly)

                    Okay, I have a question, today was my day to weigh myself but I didn't. I really would like to wait until the end of the 6 wec challenge to check my weight. I saw what the reading was at the doctor's on Monday and it was much better than what I have been getting on my scale at home and I would rather go with that until I have to weigh in at the end of the six weeks. Is it okay to change or do I have to weigh in on Wednedsay's like I initially stated I would.

                        Off the scales today...but I sort-of cheated yesterday...
                        Yesterday was my weigh-in day. Weighed in the morning as usual. Went shopping with my Mom in the evening. When I was at her house, I saw her bathroom scale. I was curious to see what it would read, so I hopped on. I didn't even realize that I had cheated until this morning when I thought about "peeking"! I'm calling it a "sort-of" cheat since it was technically my weigh-in day (I can justify almost anything).
                        So...I'm scale-free today & until next Wednesday!!

                          So was there a difference between the two scales? Was it worth it?

                            congrats on the weightloss julie!
                            well i made up my mind and put it on my siggy, i don't want to weigh myself until i reach a size 14, so who knows when that will be! but i feel better having that goal. keep up the good work guys

                              i'm scale free, what i think is 3 days now. yeah, 3 days. i'll weigh on monday........... maybe. but not before.
