It's day 6 cheat free and I have managed to get back into my gazelle routine. I have lost 4.5 pounds since sunday and i'm feeling extremely empowered. I know I will get back to goal this time. I feel it. I'm so didicated and positive. Nothing going to stop me.
Keep up the great work everyone.
Hi Sherri, glad to see you've got your game back!

sherri, ya gotta do what ya gotta do, girl. i hope you can keep that daily thing at once a day. you know how addictive the scale can be.

as for me, i was weighed to day at my dr. appointment. i don't count anything their scale tells me. i was fully clothed including shoes. if i were deduct only 2 pounds from their scale, i can tell i have not lost or gained since i last weighed myself here at the house.

          Aww. thanks Gals
Official weight day was yesterday. I lost 8.5 pounds on my first week re-induction. Yay!
Jo, thanks for the reminder and support. Yes, the scale, I didn't get on it today, yet. I'm at a point now where being consistant with my woe, supplements, exercise and water is at a perfect balance. I'm enjoying the ketosis burn as well. I weighed about 4 times last week. This week i'll make it a few. Try to keep it at a minimum.
I really would like to nip my scale addiction in the bud this time on my way back to goal. It would make maintenance alot easier for me. For that was an issue last time
Thank you Julie and Norah for your support. I feel fortunate to have all of you in my corner. Or should I say circle.
Keep up the good work everyone. I'll be checking on you in here.

i had another dr. appointment on thursday. the weight was almost exactly 3 pounds different from the dr. appointment on tuesday... or was that monday? at any point, a 3 pound difference. however, you know that clothing and just the type of scale can make things off.
i weighed yesterday morning [friday] and was 134 which is great. that is a 3 or 4 pound drop since getting myself off grains and droppping back some rungs.

no weighing now till tuesday when i again, have a dr. appointment with my gyn.

I commit to being scale free except on Mondays. I am going to avoid my scale until Monday mornings and make that my weigh in day.

This is going to be hard!

PS...I tried copying and pasting the logo but a message said I could only have two pictures in my siggy (a pic and my ticker are there). How do we fix that?

                      hiya carrie!

about the pictures and your siggy. non supporting members don't have as much space in their signatures as supporting members. it's just one of the perks SM's have.

                      now for me.........
i did weigh today. earlier than usual but still at 135.

Hi. Thanks for starting this challenge. I am in induction and I have been checking my weight daily, sometimes two times a day morning and evening.

I have noticed that my weight is higher in the evening even if I have had a good elimination and been on program. But every morning I have been rewarded with good results. I have been losing a pound a day. I know that this is going to slow down because I am coming to the end of my 2 week induction. I don't want to get disappointed when the weight loss slows down so i need to slow down on the daily weighing.

You always weigh more in the evening due to water weight and swelling. Your body gets rid of it during the night. I don't think I'd dare weigh myself daily, much less 2-3 times a day? Yikes!!

Confession time. I got through less than 24 hours. I hoped on scale this am. Honestly, this challenge is harder than staying away from carbs.

P.S. When can I get one of those no weigh in pictures to add my signature?

as for the garfield no weigh pic.... you can copy/paste the graphic into your siggy. Remember, supporting members have more space to tinker around with their siggies. i believe the limit for non supporting members is 2 or maybe 3 graphics.

for your weight ticker, you'll need to go back to the site where you created it, log in with your id and password [you should have gotten these when you first created your ticker] and simply change the info.
