    Not doing so well with this challenge.

    I get so scared that a piece of cheese, or a cup of coffee may cause me to stall or gain weight.

    It's like I'm using the scale to verify if the foods I'm eating are helping me lose.

    I'll bow out somewhat gracefully, and try to join again in November.

          I do understand. Been there, done that. It is all about trial and error in the beginning. Finding which foods stall you or cause you to gain.
          Though actually you can still find that out by weighing just once a week. Because our weight fluctuates so much throughout the week. Day by day sometimes minute by minute.
          I believe you will reach a point in your journey where you will be comfortable just weighing once a week. For now, baby steps.

            10/6 I am going to try to go 5 days without weighing...
            That means NO scale until Monday Oct. 12
            I wish I could hide the scale from myself!!!!

                      I dont think I can do a day without my scales I have to weigh in its routine every morning but if I do not weigh any day I will report here.Well done all of you I find the scale too tempting.

                        I started scale-free on 2nd October...which was my last doctor's visit...I decided then Id go back and see him in 4 weeks and NOT weigh myself in between that time!

                              I will be scale free for seven days, although I thought it was motivating me I would really like to see if I give it a week what the end progress will be!

                                This is going to be SUPER HARD for me but I've dominated all the other challenges I've given myself so I'm down for signing up for this one.

                                I pledge to not weigh until October 30...two weeks.
