    I went back to day 1 on Monday, because I have been eating after dinner and late at night. I'm going to claim day 5, and not give in to the urge to eat. I ate plenty of dinner, so I know that I am not really hungry, even though my tummy says otherwise!
    People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.

      Ok, here it is...I CHEATED! AND CHEATED! AND CHEATED! Bread, yup. Cookies, yup. Chips, yup. Crackers, yup. You name it, I probably ate it. Good part, no weight gain....YET! I am waiting for it to hit me. When I've gotten like this in the past, there was no turning back, I couldnt' get back on course, that's why I've gained so much weight back in the last few years. I'm scared that I'm not going to get back in the groove, even though I was able to stick with a low carb eating style for over a month this time, all it took was one time, one piece of bread, and it was all over from there. I've progressively started eating carbs again, like every other day or so...it started the week before Valentine's day, I ate a pasta dinner at our church, because it was a dinner held to help with the teen group we have there. I ate it so not to hurt their feelings, and I was actually proud of myself, because I didn't overload, I ate as much of the meat and cheese as I could and only a few pieces of pasta, a half piece of bread, and half piece of the carrot cake, I thought, man that was pretty good for me, I didn't crash as expected and the next day I didn't have any cravings. BUT, the next weekend at my mom's bday party, chips and salsa, chocolate cake, hamburgers w/ buns, yup, I ate it all. Then about 2 days later I was eating the fresh, warm, homemade bread my wonderful hubby decided to make. And last night as well. I ate cheeseburger and fries from Mickey D's, and more of the homemade bread, and today, chips, dip, crackers and cheese, wine, and MORE homemade bread...I've eaten a whole loaf of challah bread practically myself, oh and covered with honey. It's disgusting, but at the same time I'm mindlessly going back for more and more. I just really don't want to go back to the prison of empty eating...this post is mostly for myself, I realize it's probably more than anyone wants to read about, but I'm just really upset at myself for getting to this point and I'm so scared of the repurcussions...if anyone has gotten this far in the post, I could really use some encouragement and ideas here...I am going to go back through some of the forums, but mostly just need to know that I can get back on track...I'm so sad

        ok, I have been MIA, but just because I have been extremely busy at work. Some doctor decided that one of my employees had to go on maturity leave 4 weeks early ---she will have a boy on monday !!!!!! and now the flu is coming around. It has been busy busy busy.

              56 days... thank goodness I've got plenty of legal things to choose from here! I can eat as much of my rotissrie chicken as I want (these days usually about 1/3 if really hungry).

                              WTG IMAGOOD!

                              As far as I know I am not cheating and this is week 6. I am having to raise my carbs... my doctor is telling me to raise them to 100. YIKES! Wish me luck...I doubt I will lose any weight now...ha ha!

                                day 25 -- hey Queen...don't do it -- you will regret it (and they are wrong to tell you if you don't you'll have kidney and brain malfunctions)......drink at least 64 oz a day and you'll be fine!
