Re: 2009 Staying Cheat Free Challenge

Day 3 cheat-free. Wednesday is hard because I have to eat a light dinner (I don't sing well on a full stomach) early because of choir practice at church. Then when I get home at about 9:30 p.m., I am usually starving and can't stop eating once I start. I didn't give in to the urge to eat last night and I did fine.

Day 4 in the bank! All my meals were so good today! I don't know why I backslide and get off track with my eating. There is no better food in the world than Atkins.

                Sunny!

Day 5 cheat free, though the food I had today tasted like cheating! Could food this good really be diet food?

Actually, I am gung-ho getting back in the groove of testing low carb recipes for my cookbook. I wish I had friends doing Atkins so I could have taste testers! Why does my huge (number wise) family and all my friends have to be skinny? They like everything I cook, but it's not the same as having someone doing Atkins helping me pick recipes and taste test with me.
