              1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works

3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.

Hi everyone! I'm a little late into this challenge but I have been cheat free since January 1st, so sign me up! One thing I have learned since I started this WOE is not to ever let myself get hungry. Although it's pretty hard to get hungry with the foods we get to eat, it does happen and that is when I am at my most vulnerable. But when I'm not hungry, I find I can actually just enjoy the smell of that cinnamon roll my husband is eating and not want to get one for myself.

Hey there Fallaprtgrl! I've been keeping track of my weight loss on a spreadsheet, and this weekend I made it graph my weekly loss. I thought it would be kind of like a straight line, losting about the same amoutn each week. But I was really surporised to see it was all peaks and valleys after the first few weeks - so I really have been alternating between losing a bunch and not losing much at all every other week or so. So hang in there, maybe you will lose a lot next week if you just continue with your cheat free routine!
