    What I know:
    1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

Glad I chose a virtual start date of 1/1/09 - much easier to count from than sometime during the week prior; and certainly a virtual 00:01 am time goes with that, No cheets, for 8 days, 23 hours 20 min, EST.

7 day cheat free today. This week has gone by a lot better than I thought. I can not believe that I haven't cheated at all...not one little tiny bit. I make sure that I take pleanty of things to work with me that I can have and that has helped.

I also got me a calendar out to help me keep track of my cheat free days...;0
they say grandma are forgetful, but this is silly...I am only 46.

I am headed to Las Vegas in February and I plan to enjoy 2 specific restaurants while there. If I can stay true, aweseome, but if not, well, I'll be back on plan other than those two restaurants.

Don't worry! The body takes time to adjust and does weird stuff occasionally. Think of the overall downward trend and well done

                            Working on day 10 here...

Today I discovered an unexpected incentive Not to Cheat:

In the grocery store, it was crowded and I only wanted their super sale-limit 2- on 24 pack cases of soda (for the office lunch I've got to "do" next week) and decided agains using a cart due to very crowded shopping aisles. I'm carrying them then holding them (for the checkout, about 5 minutes) when I notice not muscle fatigue, but a pounding heart. There beside me the a magazine pictured before and after weight loss photos on the cover, and I realised, I used to carry MORE than the weight currently making my heart pound, EVERY MINUTE EVERY DAY EVERYWHERE I WENT before coming to Atkins to finally purge myself of it. WHEW!

I'm so so no going to cheat!!
