well done everyone for being cheatfree im on day 5 now pretty happy about that although i have several weak moments when i wanted to cheat. Everything i love is carb based its just so hard sometimes. it will get easier i know but the first week will be a challenge.

Ok ... somewhere along the way I messed up my days. I am just finishing my 12th day of Induction and 12th day cheat free. (I started on 12/26).

Better yet, come here before you fall off and let us talk you out of eating carbage.

This is a pledge that I signed recently in a commitment challenge. I think it applies to this commitment, as well.

AMEN (so be it). I'm All In!!!

To keep it simple, I'm counting from 1/01/2009, since I don't remember exactly when my last cheat was. I've been on a modified OWL for a while now that pretty much of the time resembles extended induction. But this year, I do NOT want history to repeat itself as it has a tendency to be very self-defeating when I've started cheating and wound up wiping out months of progress in a very short time.

As of today, 4 days of no cheating....
I tell you what, it has not been easy at work today. Someone brought a big box of donuts and then a big cake from Sam's for someone who was leaving. Very tempting, but I held strong!!!
