Day 7 done, still cheat free (cant' say as much for folks around me tho! )

I hate for food to go to waist, but neither do I want it wasted, either. Stuff came to me for gifts - now I passit on to folks at the office, guests, etc.; what the office or friends bring in, now I passit to DM, DS & DB. Dilemma solved!

I'm in...I've been doing really good, I think I've finally got it in my head that this is a way of life, not a quick fix, there's no going back...I'm six days in to induction and thanks to this board it has been fairly painless. Thanks everyone and I promise not to slide, I know it's the "kiss of death" to have even one little taste during this phase for me, so I'm sticking to it!

                        What I know:
                        1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

you know, I need to go back and learn how to add. I started Atkins again on 010309 so I was cheat free saturday, sunday, monday, tuesday, wednesday and today, thursday...so that makes

                          6 days cheat free.

that is what happens when you work too much.

I had the same problem, Wackie ...

Ok. I'm now 14 days cheat free. And I am at the end of my 14 days of Induction. Tomorrow morning I'll weigh and see how resistant my body is. I also have to decide what to do next. And I don't really know what I want to do. I have very mixed feelings.

Day 8 for me. Although I changed the time zones so often lately that it's hard to say exactly how many days I've been cheat free. I think I should use the GMT time as a reference from now on. :P
