Taksioi, soup is a great food when you're sick. Since your friends are so nice, they can bring you some Atkins-friendly soup or other "soft" meals you can eat during Induction. There are many suggestions in this thread: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...alescense.html

Are you over the flu at least?

Also keep some "legal" food with you at all times. Then even if you forget to eat breakfast, you have something good to eat when you're tempted by the wrong kind of foods. A few pieces of cheese, some veggies (e.g. peppers) or boiled eggs saved me a lot of times.

                      Hi Sherri!

Focus, were you in Induction or OWL? Because if you were in OWL, a few days of Induction are enough and then go back to the rung where you were.

Arctic, did you get 20 days under your belt?

Oh no - My name is Slidesdownmountains and I was great big Cheatie-Cheaterson yesterday.

After a good lunch of some greek salad, stuffed mushrooms, and cold meats, I ate a teeny bit of cheesecake filling, some tarte citron filling, some dark chocolate and some strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, & nectarines with yogurt, then felt awful, drank loads of water and had some cheese, and told myself off.

Think it was because the day before I hadn't eaten enough (had gone to an event in the middle of nowhere where there was supposed to be a big buffet but no food turned up, and i ended up going over 12 hours without eating - felt fine at the time, and had loads of water, but must have had residual hunger going into the next day)

Will be very good today (already turned down brownies and cookies for someone's birthday, and am drinking loads of water and peppermint tea).

                            Doh, doh, doh
