Way to go everyone. I'm expecially proud of all the new people who drank all your water today. It's hard the first few days but you'll find it's easier the longer you do this. I don't even think about it now...I drink 1 cup of coffee first thing in the morning and start in on water and drink that until I've got it all done, then I either have another cup of coffee or hot tea in the evening. My life BA (before Atkins) was 1-2 pots of coffee w/sugar & creamer everyday 2 large glasses of whole milk and 4-6 Diet Rite soda's, maybe once a week I had a small glass of water. Believe me, if I can do this -- you can do this!!!

I made it 720z. Fitting it all in was tough i am a merchandiser i have no problem drinking while in the car but i am in and out of stores all day. But i made this commitment i will do it.
