I am totally IN! I pledge 110 oz... now.. just so I am completely clear on this... the liquid I use for my fiber suppliment, coffee, ect. those all count towards the total oz. .. right?

The only water that counts is clear water -- nothing added (ie: coffee/tea/fiber supplements, etc.) If you want to adjust your amount for the day I understand.

If you need help getting the water in, get a big water glass with a straw and suck away all day. Here is what I drink out of...it's from a hospital stay - 30oz each time I fill it.

Carole I am definetly in again this month! If it wasn't for March's challenge I probably wouldn't of gotten in all that water I will hike it up this month to 120 oz

My first challenge! Water is hard for me mostly because of a weak bladder...but I'll pledge 74 oz minimum....since that's the size of the bottle I keep on my desk at work.
