Ok...I'm new to this so I hope I'm doing it right. I pledged 74 ozs a day, but I stop measuring after 74. I have a 74 oz bottle at work that my personal goal is to drink a full one in the 8 hours I'm there. I have at least one glass of water before work to take my supplements...and I probably have 2-4 glasses after work, but I really don't measure. So...I'm just gonna say "74+" to indicate if I met my goal while at work...and I guess on the weekend...hmmm

I've successfully met this goal the last 3 days...yay!

Here are the rules again (See Rule 4 please)

RULES
1. Commit to an amount of water you will consume each day
(64oz minimum).
2. Sign up A.S.A.P. The sooner you sign up the more you'll drink this month!!
3. Post your water intake no more than once a day (or twice a week).
4. Join in by putting your name in Alphabetical order then each time you come in copy/paste the latest list of names then change your numbers.


if you pledged 64 and drank 90 put 90....if you posted 90 and drank 64 post 64 - post what you drink each day. Each of us bring forward the last list. I've updated the list - the next person should cut/paste and add your totals...each person is responsible for bringing the totals forward..thanks!!

Strange question, do we add up every day's totals? Like yesterday I drank 96oz and today I drank 116oz so I'd put 212oz/96oz? Does that make sense? or do we just report everyday?

I know it's the 2nd but I just started today so I'd LOVE to join this challenge if possible.

I'm going to pledge the minimum 64 ounces, only because I normally do not drink 16 ounces of water a day!!

I didn't quite get my total 110... knowing that not all liquid counts.. sooo. um.. I guess i need to start a little earlier in the day .. I did get about 100 oz in though, took me till midnight when i took my meds... whew! gotta go get a bottle of water right now.

Well done guys great first day! A quick question though. How much is too much? I could have drank so much more but was a bit worried it may be too much.x
