Starting out well today -- already I've had about 30. I think that's going to be important for me to have it first thing in the morning, since I go all night without drinking water!

Great drinking ladies!! Keep up the great job! If you are having trouble getting your pledge in, make sure you don't drink anything else until you get your quota in....I start out first thing in the morning with 1 cup of black decaf coffee then I get my 32oz water glass out (mine has a lid and straw and goes EVERYWHERE with me) and start in drinking water. Once in awhile I have a second cup of black decaf coffee after dinner - but only the 2nd cup if I have all my water in. On the nights I don't have the 2nd cup of coffee I fill my water glass again and continue drinking water.
