Thanks for your hints, Carole! However, when I said I didn't 'like' water I really meant my body doesn't like it. Much. It usually rejects it if it's too cold, too hot...I have a fussy body. lol Over the past couple of days, though, my body and the 'water monster' have come to an agreement and I have been able to keep to my pledge.
I know about all those tricks (this is not my first Rodeo lol), but I prefer to "KISS" (Keep It Simple Stupid)...I have my nifty 32 oz water bottle and drink two of them a day. Easy peasy.

Start posting how much you are drinking daily so I can keep track of it on the chart. That's how you get the "award" at the end of the month.

Hi everyone. Just wanted to check in and report my 84 oz of water daily since the 1st. I had a very busy week and hadn't had a chance to post daily, so here it is. So far I have lost 12 since starting and restarting Induction over a month ago.
