I did it. I had my one cup of coffee this morning sans anything!
No cream (wanted to save my cream for a possible whipped topping later today)
No .5 packet of splenda (since on Boot Camp we can't have sweetners)
I am so happy, it was not nearly as terrible as I might have thought it would be.

I have been a really slow loser of weight (which I like actually, slow and steady) but am excited to see what this stricter regimen will do for me!
Turkey is going to go in the oven tommorrow and am enjoying one slice of cheesecake today and a small piece tommorrrow (don't worry it's a low carb induction friendly recipe) but it DOES have splenda in it and that will be a no no next week. And I needed to use up the cream cheese in the house so it doesn't sit there and tempt me from the shelf! lol

Had a "bloke coke" today. Not that I drink much pop/soda at all. I'll be picking up a few dozen eggs to make a hard boiled egg stash, make revolution rolls, and for breaky. Ready for orders Drill Seargent.
