        Is the boot camp only for five days? I think I could commit to everything there with the exception of sweetner...I use saccharin drops in my ONE cup of coffee every day.

          It is only for 5 days yes. Sweeteners can be very tough to let of of. I know what you mean. But Boot Camp will be a time to see what we can do without any. Then we have some kind of reference point.

                I am in! I started my induction on April 12th and have lost 6 pounds already so now I am ready to kick this into the next gear! Here is my food journal

                  I am getting excited!!!

                  I have bought a Jicama, salmon, tuna fish, salad, yellow bell peppers, eggs, sliced turkey (cut thicker), and I have some Parmesan crackers. I gotta buy some turnips and a steak, and then have my mom make some more oopsie rolls for lunches. Gotta just plan it all out!

                  Coffee is easy for me, because I drink straight up black coffee anyhow! The hardest part for me is when hubby is home and he is munching on ice cream or chips. Between him and the 3 kids, they keep plenty of bad for me stuff in the house! lol Just gotta be armed with my good for me stuff!!!

                  Its BATTLE MODE!!! STRAP ON THE BOOTS!!!!!

                  I am feeling really strong about this. It is just what I need!

                  Ohhhh and do I weigh in the morning (Monday?) and post my weight here? or?? I live in Alaska so my posts are always behind everyone else (timewise).

                        I did take my measurements today also. I won't be posting those in my journal just yet! I'm excited for this also, I think its what I need to get my kicked into high gear!

                          I signed up for boot camp...I really am excited about doing this because I think it will really help me "jump start" my weight loss. I've been on induction for a week now, and only lost 3lbs. The first time I did Atkins, I lost 7lbs the first week. But I blame my "monthly visitor" for the lack of weight loss this time....darn bloating...lol. Now, here's my "but"....I don't know how well I'm gonna do with this keeping a journal thing for boot camp. I just joined this site, and find the layout very confusing. I haven't the slightest clue as to how to make a journal....I don't see anything that is titled "journals". I was told to keep a blog, so I started a blog, and can't seem to find that blog again....I can't figure anything out on this site...I don't know what to do, and I don't want to get kicked out of bootcamp.

                            to start a journal, click on the tab found towards the top of the page.
                            type in a title for your thread, and make an entry. perhaps typing in your stats or a little about yourself.
