Well, Day 1's jumping jacks were a challenge. Thank goodness I'm not in the military or something. Boy, did I stink at them. I keep thinking about some of the movies I've seen where the drill sargent is yelling at the recruits. I'm glad Liv is nice.

I'm not EVEN going to look at the day 2 video until tomorrow. LOL

I am a returning member here. Been gone for a few years and even forgot my old loggin information lol. well last time I lost 42 lbs but gained back 50 so time to start up again. I would like to sign up for next boot camp and start back in induction. I see this one ends on the 23rd so thats great. I can get my shopping done and get ready for this to start. I been having problems getting into ketosis and just realized my food was all wrong. This should help get me back on track.

There will be no bootcamp next week I am afraid. I have not decided how I would want to schedule them. But I think you can find plenty of support on the board to help you stay on track anyways. So just start. My suggestion for you right now would be to check over the rules of induction and decide to follow them to a T. No exception. So don't trust what you remember only trust what is written in the book. Hope that helps
