        Thnx everyone,no i must set another for myself............i would like to see 170 by sept..I am sure it will slow down alot now..........But i give it it my best shot........This is my second time around first time i lost 103 lbs,gained it all back..............I never went off induction the whole time,when i lost the 103 lbs then i went crazy and lost it and ate everything i saw.Now i have berries yogart,stir frys ,etc........So i hope this time so i dont get in that rut it will be for good...............

          COngrats Sharon on getting to your first goal ahead of schedule. You know what you did wrong the first time, you'll do it right this time, and keep it off for sure!

            I went for my weekly weight and I am still at 181 !? That's exactly what I weighed in last wednesday... I don't understand...ummm... I looked at a package of Sun Flower seeds and it said 3 carbs per package..I have since become addicted to them eating (snacking ) on up to two packages per day... this this whole past week....could this be causing my stall?
            I did start off at 198 now 181 about 1month and a half into it....

              Ok so I need to confess, i have not really been around here the past couple of months and ive been yo yoing back and forth so now im at 186, its been up and down 5-13 lbs every week or so, so now im not sure what to do, suggestions ..should i continue from where my stats are at, and jsut keep going even though i cant really make goal now, or do i restart form where i am now... or just quit this challege... ((the one that is keeping track of the records-sorry cant remeber your name,--you can decide for me if you would please.. thanks

                ztachick I think you should stick to this! I have been the same weight 181 for a whole week now... but I am sticking to this...Today I did 3 miles on my treadmill and 100+ crunches... ....We still have aroung 2 months...

                  Ok. I had it...I can't do nothing right. I'm such a fat slob!! I can't even stick to the easiest diet that I know that does give you results. I know I lost 10lbs and i'm at the highest weight I have ever been. People say when you really ready to lsoe weight you will but i'm really ready. Sorry i'm just so mad at myself and crying while typing this.

                    Jennifer, come on girl...we can do this... I felt like you for the past few days, but you just have to kick yourself in the behind and get in gear...Take a deep breath and think back to what made you want to start losing weight...that's what I had to do...start over...Here for ya!

                        ztachick - I say just get back on. It's ok if you dont make your goal. You will be closer than you were before. I didnt change my stats after my 2 week cheat. I went on strict induction and lost all 8 in 4 days. Maybe give it a try!


                        I'm back....back to my weight that says in my siggie. Hopefully i'll get to change it again real sooN!

                          Ok so ill stick with it, my goal can stay the same but my weight is now at 188, so u can change it or keep it the saem and ill just keep posting till im back at what it says in my siggy and this challene thanks all..

                          JEN- your doing great too, i know how u feel but we can be ready to lose even if our bodys arent yet give it a few more days things will change.
