    Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
    Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

    so:
    Restart Progress:
    12/28/09 ~ 235.1
    01/04/10 ~ 229.0
    01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
    (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
    01/18/10 ~ 227.4
    01/5/10 ~ 226.8
    02/01/10 ~ 222.6

              Yes.

              In Scotand they might have Scones, as in Devon and Cornwall - but thay have on top of the scones butter, jam then thick clotted cream - the so called "Cream Tea".

              In the conference centre I run a British sfternoon tea will be served with scones, drop scones or cakes, danish pasteries of German Gateau.

              You don't know what you are missing.

              In Germay "Cafe und Kuchen" is very popular.

              AND NONE of this is Atkins legal!

                    I have a tea question... I used to have honey in my tea on occasion. Will that ever be allowed again with this WOE??? Just curious.

                      26 yr 5'2 F
                      Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
                      On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
                      Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
                      Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.

                          It feels like it rains everyday! lol

                          Today is actually nice!! blue skies for a change!! i dont know what the temperature is as I've not been out in my car yet!! lol probably low 60's in the sun!! in the shade 50's!! lol
