    Susan, you're a lot of fun!!

    Thanks for giving me hope. I can ride my bike once it warms up then, hopefully, when I get the weight off, WALK again....

      thank you, too, 2fat2 - were it not for the reminder from you about that, like other maladies that make one more and more miserable the heavier he/she gets, I might have forgotten about it altogether, and in time grown complacent enough with the lack thereof to go out and re-experience the problem all over again by letting myself go.

      Thanks for keeping it fresh! Reminders like yours here at the ADBB are one big reason we are able to suceed where others fail out there going it alone.

        I'm in I've been clenching the last few days and my butt feels tighter, whether it looks any better is another matter

                  OMG -- look at that face --- what a cutie. The last time I looked like that I had 2 impacted teeth and had my first of 4 periodontal surgeries....that was a fun day! (NOT)

                  I'm still clinching on a daily basis here folks. I hope everyone is clinching also, I'd hate to think I'm doing this all by myself!

                    It seems also to be a wothwhile habit to hold muscles taut for extended intervals. (but(t) looks funny if walking at the same time!) XD

                        Yep....when I chill long enough to realize my butt's sittin' still. Lately, though, I've taken up teeth clenching (((NOT by choice!!!))) thanks to being at the lower end of the work trickle-down with fewer people working at the office and the same amount of work to be done. Means a helluva lotta stress! I do get to run back and forth in the hall more, now; that's the up-side to the situation...not much sitting!

                        OK - I'm clenching (the right part) now... tanks fer da reminder!!

                          I remember those days boonie -- the office I worked in went from 11 to 3 but the workload didn't ease up....then 6 months later they closed an office and brought that work into our office - but hey, we should have been excited, they gave up 1 extra person to take up the slack...sheesh!!!
