Farley ate 1 whole 6" tart (low carb version) one day after completing Boot Camp... Then I ate half of my wife's cuz she didn't really want a whole one.
Next day I made a "mini" pie. Innards were one stick of rhubarb, one apple, and a couple raspberries. Then I used the same recipe as the tart crust, for the top crust...
Then after eating the whole "mini" pie, I ate about 2-3 servings (8g carbs/serv) of frozen raspberries.
EDIT: Oh yeah, I'm a bloated bovine too. up to 185 today

Reason: Fat Farley
If it makes you all feel better. Yesterday I stole an Atkins chocolate peanut butter cup from my MIL and ate it. I also ate not 1 but 2 handfuls of almonds and that was all the food I ate for the whole day nothing else.
I have to admit those Atkins peanut butter cups are pretty darn good. I could so see myself getting in trouble with those if I had them in the house.
Mini Goals 139- Met 2/10/10 135- Met 2/25/10 130- Met 3/21/10 129- So I can say I am in the 120s- Met 3/29/10 128.7lbs yay 125- 4/20/10 5 to go! 120 Goal!-
Well I am glad I am not the only one! But yesterday I ate nacho's, corn chips and than figured I had already messed up so I went ahead and ate a caramilk ice cream cone!!!!!!!
I don't even like ice cream!!! Anyways...I guess I needed to get it out of the way....Im back on track today, had my atkins brekki bacon & eggs, did my bike and than some weight training, and I will be walking to work today! Its pretty gloomy and cold here today...but I feel like walking!
How was everyone's weekend, besides the binge? lol

Ok...so besides the mini-binge of 5 cadbury mini eggs and 1 square of lindt chocolate and 1 twizzler...the weekend was alright. That makes your Atkins PB cup and almonds pale in comparison Aprile! Furley, you overate legally...not quite as bad....Jule.
Good for everyone getting back on track though, me included.
The weather sucks! One day 24*C...couple of days later 3*C...seriously!
Personally, I'm the opposite of an 'accessories whore', and I hate shopping - I like expensive shoes, just don't like to buy them very often. I'm more the clog, birkenstock, backpack kind of gal
I have heard stories.... myths..... legends of creatures such as this.... I find I am a little frightened.
I am such a shoe whore! BIG time! I am not a high maintenance type of gal actually. I generally do not wear makeup. Just eye liner. I don't fuss too much with my hair. Ah.... but shoes...... I love them! I adore them...
I was without power/internet so I am sorry I wasn't here for all the chatter.
Farley - Boot camp? How did you do? I will try to get to all the journals and challenge threads, but.... if you wouldn't mind a quick thought on it here....
Jules.... I hate that freakin' carb meltdown. I get those, too. Ugh! For me it seems to always happen on a Sunday! Not every Sunday, but when they happen, it is Sunday.
LMAO i am 100% serious!!! LOL I have exactly 5 pairs of shoes! lmao
I am going out this week to get some new ones though! haha I know, I am not your typical female! I think my sis inlaw must have over 100 pairs! Lol
Anyways...I just went shopping...got some new scrubs for work as the others were falling down! lol and I also picked up the biggest loser game for the wii! I am going to check it out before I go to work at 3! I dunno if I will have enough time though.....hmmmm?
Anyways....I jumped on the scale and its still at 140 so I guess Im in the clear for now!!! Hopefully this water and exercise binging will help in the next few days...oh ya..and I am totally inlove with veggies this week! haha at least I will try to be!
Have a nice day

I can't even think of 1 type/catagory of shoe that I only have 5 pairs of!!!!! Well, maybe snow boots. I think I just have 3 pairs of those. I sold and got rid of at least 39 pairs of shoes in 2008!
Give us a review of the Wii game, provided you have time to try it today!
Alright, I know I suck in the shoe department! Seriously though....I have waaaaaaay better things to buy than shoes! Like um say......
Awesome clothes! LMAO The shoes I wear are very basic but "Nice" and each pair match my clothes! LMAO Who am I kidding, I probably look like a hobo off the street! lmao
Anyways, I tried out the game...just a quickie....Its good! I think I will enjoy it
Time will tell if I can become The Biggest Loser!!!! LMAO
Wait, I already am! ha ha ha
Yepp Im a geek!

I don't know how I manage it, but I do manage to get my shoe shopping in AND lead a fairly normal life!
Anyone else feeling a little "weird" today? Maybe I do because my yesterday was a mess. It was still rather productive, albeit Little House on the Prairie style, but electricity or not, productive.
I want to build my own backdrop stand for photography. I am snooping online for some ideas. I think I would like to do as much in PVC as I can and I KNOW I want to be able to disassemble it for storage since I do not have room in my home for a full time studio...... MMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmm my own studio............ *drool*
Anyway.... any ideas or thoughts are always appreciated.
OK, to answer my own inquiry, I think I am going to just suspend a length of PVC horizontally from the ceiling with some simple hooks. Done! OUTSTANDING! I can get a clearance priced curtain rod and be done! Woooooooo....
Well, I just got back from nine holes of golf. With the exception of the first hole, I played pretty well (for me). I am recovering from my binge. At this rate, every-time get close to goal, I'm going to have an issue. All the more reason not to weigh myself daily. Will post more in a bit.
EDIT:
I am taking care of my daughter and one of her little boyfriends. I just got up from my nap, and my wife went to do her prenatal yoga. Ok, so in response to the question about Boot Camp... It was a pretty successful challenge I think. Eleven or Twelve participants from what I recall. Lots of good came out of it. The idea was to "force" eating on plan, and to remove things like sweetener and nuts from our daily intake. Also to ensure that we were getting more than half our daily carb intake from veggies. We reported daily on food, water, and exercise (all mandatory requirements). Minimum 1/2 hour exercise, and 64 oz of water. However, for me it wasn't everything it could have been because after the week off of sweetener I obviously went overboard.
