Anxiously awaiting Farelys weight in for the day! Lol You should settle down on the scale a bit! I know its addicting though! Anyways....I get a day off today, but am expected to attend a monthly staff meeting (which usually last's about 3 hours!)
I am thinking I might skip it! I just really have so much to do around the house! Anywho.....I am about to jump on the wii for some biggest lpser fun! Lol Then take the boy to school and than go for morning jog (I am going to see if the knee will hold out today) Its been a while since I ran, but hopefully knee has heeled enough..time will tell

very busy yesterday. Finally got some work [which is great] but requires me to go to more meetings...and I hate meetings! This morning I'm supposed to go to a 1.5 hour 'stand-up' meeting where everyone tells what they did for the last 24 hrs and what they will do the next 24 - new process. Ick.
But, drove up to our cottage last night to pick up my hubs fishing stuff for today. Just hung out for a couple of hours - love to be there and hard to leave. We have a lot to do this spring, just need to find the time.

Weight is back to normal. 183. I do need to limit myself to one weigh per day... But when it shoots up like that it's hard not to be on it all day long. I must have been SUPER dehydrated when I got back from soccer. It's the only explanation.
So, I had sent an e-mail to the training co-ordinator, at his request. He wanted me to let him know my candidacy for the upcoming training, and when my summer holidays were. Based on a report he ran of all those eligable for the training, he placed the training right in the week I have booked to go to the cottage. WTF? I sent him another e-mail today letting him know that I will be away that week. He says he's going to try to move the course into the future by a week or two. Who knows. I hope that he does move the course, otherwise I am going to either miss out on training that I NEED, or I will miss out on vacation that I NEED. This sucks.
On a happy note: I made the teams up for my golf tournament (via names in a hat). You can't please everyone, but I'm pretty happy about it. However, I had indicated that people could put in preferences for a team, but later decided (because of advice) to just draw names from a hat. The only individual who had sent in a team ended up on a team with one of the three people they had requested. I took the time to show him the list and ask him if it was "ok". He looked at the list and said "It doesn't matter, does it? My opinion doesn't matter anyways". Because his preference (read: opinion) had not been taken. I know it sucks, and I should have just left him on the team that he asked to be on. I'm considering changing the teams. *Sigh* As much fun as event planning is, it's more fun when people DON'T have an opinion.

Well I skipped monthly staff meeting! Screw that...I am not going in on my day off! besides, I have wayyyyyyy to much to do here at home! I am trying to find a solution to my sons bedroom! It is very tiny and its hard to find ways to "make it work"! Pisses me off, lol I went all around town looking for totes, organizers and dresser type thingy's and found zip of what i was looking for! Wasted 2 1/2 hrs!!! Grrrrr Ahhh well,
I seem to be on track with the diet, still feeling bloated and puffy, but hopefully something will work out soon!

You need to spend some quality time in the Exercise Challenge Forum. The GUNZ 2.0 is the continuation of the first challenge we ran called All GUns Blazing. It is an upperbody/arms workout with weights. You know.... to get our arms summer top ready!!!!
There are before and after pics in the frist challenge thread. Good results for the first 4-5 weeks. We are taking this challenge all teh way to the first day of summer, June 22nd!

I think we've all been pretty busy in the last little bit! But its nice to see you! I am in the middle of a hurricane over here! I completely tore apart my sons room this afternoon and got it all organized, but now I have to clean up the rest of the house and its my dads bday so I am supposed to go over there at 6...ohhh I just wanna chill out! Talked to a friend today and tried to convince him that he should go golfing with me every Monday. He said he has to take care of his kid. WTH? Doesn't he know that golf is more important than parenting?
