Maybe water retention, maybe just normal daily fluctuation in weight. I know its hard to only weigh once a week, but there are reasons for it
Also, always weigh at the same time of day. I consistently weigh 4, 5 or 6 lbs more in the evening than I do in the morning (I count the morning number
)
